Memebox - Wonder Woman Box

When I first read about this Wonder Woman box, it sounded like it was going to be awfully similar to the 911 box, but I was wrong of course. "Bursting with skincare and makeup strengtheners, and water-proof, sweat-proof, fight-proof, and FOOL-PROOF makeup and multi-taskers, people will really get wondering about how you look so, so good despite lack of sleep and all."

Well, I wouldn't say it's bursting with products, in general, but let's see if it delivers some products that will hopefully stop me from looking like a zombie these days.

Clio Gel Presso Waterproof Pastel Upper Liner 05 The Groupies - I've been keen to try a Clio product as I always see their makeup online. So this eyeliner is a sort of reddish-purple colour, I'd say it fits in nicely with Pantone's colour of the year - Marsala. It is by no means creamy, and it's a little bit difficult to built up a nice line of colour. According to the Memecard, this is meant as a sort of eyeliner-liner, I think. A swipe of colour that goes alongside your black eyeliner. It's a nice colour and looked good when paired with my brown eyeliner, I'll hang onto it for now.

Benenet Diamond Illuminator Ampoule - I'm never excited to receive ampoules because I'm just not a huge fan, but this one apparently controls oil & sebum. I'm all for that,I'll report back when I've been using it for about a week in different conditions.

Vivito Dual Magic Multi Concealer Highlighter - I like the sound of this, that's for sure. I was a bit worried because when I think of highlighters, I think of sparkly, very liquid products. The highlighting end is just like a really nice, liquid concealer. It's very defining. I'm not so fussed about the actual concealer end of this product, it's just the standard stick type. Lucky for me, the colouring is perfect though.

ProYou Aroma AC Roll On - When I first read about this roll on, I thought I might not be able to use it on account of the various flower roots and rose water. But for the sake of reviewing, I used it and surprisingly, the scent isn't very strong nor particularly floral. Witch Hazel water is the dominant ingredient so I guess that's what I can smell. I'll report back to say whether I notice any changes in my 'troubled areas' [That sounds so weird! Oh my].

Dr Young Pore Syok-Syok Cleansing Gel - I like this. Not sure if I really needed two samples of it but it's good. I focused on cleansing my nose to see if there might be any differences [Yes I know, after one use it would have to be magic] but I do think my nose looked slightly fresher. It's been a few hours since I used the gel and my nose is still, remarkably, oil-free. This is a first, seriously. My nose produces oil like nobody's business. I also love how lemony the gel smells too.

Overall Impression: Upon first look I was a bit disappointed because nothing really stood out at me, but I do like this box. I still find it a bit 'meh', but it definitely has variety. I'd say the Wonder Woman box lives up to my '911 pt. 2' idea, but, unfortunately now I'm comparing it to the actual 911 box which I really enjoyed. Either way, I plan on using all of these products and that's what matters. I haven't been able to say that about a Memebox in a long time.
